Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Most ready-to-ship items are processed within 1-4 business days. Made-to-order items may take 1-2 weeks before shipping.
Delivery Estimates
Shipping times vary by destination and carrier. Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Please note that delivery estimates are not guarantees, and delays may happen due to carrier volume, weather, holidays, or other unpredictable events.
Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages, especially if one item is made to order or ships from a different location.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund. If an address mistake is noticed, please get in touch as soon as possible.
